Step 1: Half an hour HR call.
Step 2: 2.5 Hour take home (relatively easy if you have the technical skills they're looking for)
Step 3: 1.5 hr long technical interview (programming & system design & role expecations) with 2 enginners
Step 4: 1h long cultural interview around KOHO's culture with 2 people from different teams.
Step 1: Recruiter screen interview asking basic questions
Step 2: Rejection email
This is an absolute waste of time. Do not bother applying to this joke company for jokers and clowns.

A recruiter will reach out briefing the entire interview process:
Three rounds:
1. Take Home assignment to be completed within five business days
2. If you clear step 1, then an 1.5 hours interview with two engineers, general questions on SDLC, a few on the project you did if they have any and at least 30-45 minutes focused on system design.
3. Final round - Culture fit
