First cover letter, Cv review. Then just one interview of about 1 hour. Pretty formal and the same day they let me know I was selected. Also I have to answer a case study which last around 30 minutes. In the interview panel there were around 3 people

Organised and systematic. Included both oral and written tests. Asked interesting interview questions but a bit generalised understanding/ reading of CV and related applications by the interviewers. They prefer someonw with right attitude, personality, rather than the right qualifications.

2- Deputy country director.
3- The employee who's going to give you your training (optional).
