Hi, I was selected by the panel for BO process but they didn't call me later. I gave 3 rounds of interview, I was shortlisted from 2000 people,I stand under the sun in the queue for 4-5 hours(HR said "YOU ARE SELECTED"). After 2 weeks when I requested the status they never called me back. One of my friend was working in the company, I said him to confirm with HR, later it was founded that they have recruited me in some other process named "carbonyte". Still I didn't receive call for "carbonyte". After that I came to know that some of the beautiful girls with lack of talent were selected for BO process and the training was started. After 3 months of training when they hit the floor,,, company started facing escalations from high profile clients. Some of the employees got terminated as well...because of that recruitment started again. When I called the HR(Hrishikesh Chavan) this time he asked me call next day i.e on Monday 3 o clock and when I called him on monday.... Sirji switched off the phone. At the time of recession two of my friends were kept on hold for 6 -8 months and at last they said we cannot recruit you because of your communication skills(THEY WERE SELECTED FOR S/W DEVELOPMENT ). WHY do THEY SAY AT THE TIME OF RECRUITMENT YOU ARE SELECTED... What IS KPIT DOINGGGGGGG
