I first applied on their website and after some time (not less than a month) the HR called me on my phone number and we talked for a while on my profile, prospects, goals etc.

We first had to write an aptitute test, and this was followed by an essay. Next step was to write a situation based test to see how the individual aligns with the company's vision. Next was Assessment Centre which was quite fun, if you prepare well enough.
