I applied using campus recruiting and was contacted shortly after. Following a conversation about my experiences and resume, I was selected for a phone screen with a manager. The conversation was again mostly behavioral and a lot of information about the advisory practice was communicated. About a week later I was selected for an office visit, interviewed with three different members of the advisory practice, was given an office tour and had lunch with two associates. The process was very efficient and I was very impressed by the professionalism of everyone I interacted with throughout the process.

Advisory Internship interview. Two behavioral 30-minute interviews with a manager and an MD. received the offer over the phone after around 2 weeks. accepted the full time offer post internship.
2 rounds of behavioral interviews; come prepared to speak about yourself, answer scenario-based questions, and ask thoughtful questions of your interviewers.
They will ask questions specific to the Advisory practice you applied to, so come prepared with relevant accomplishments and solutions you've implemented in that domain previously.

It was fluid! The interviewer didn’t ask me anything out of the ordinary. It was primarily a fit check rather than technical. I’ve heard it varies, i may have just gotten a chill recruiter.
