in meinem fall gab es zwei Runden. in der ersten Runde habe ich mit HR-Mitarbeiterin gesprochen.
Sie hat auch die Position näher vorgestellt,Fragen zum Unternehmen beantwortet.
Es gab hauptsächlich Fragen zu meinem Lebenslauf und zu meiner Person und meiner Motivation.
Man soll für diese Position nicht zu scheu vorkommen.
Danach wurde noch ein kurzes 20-30 Minutiges fachliches Test zur Bilanzierung gemacht. Ich könnte mir aus zwei Varianten auswählen:UGB oder UGB/IFRS. Der Test war fair. Für Audit-Positionen gab es nach meinem Empfinden keine knifflige Fragen.
In zweiter Runden hat man das Gespräch mit dem Partner und den zukünftigen Manager gehabt. Hier wurde ich nach Wunschgebiten gefragt (Indurstrie oder Finanzinstitute) und auch nur Fragen zu meinem Lebenslauf und Motivation, etc..
Smooth interview process that took only a week. The interval of the two interviews were short. Both the hiring manager and the Team Manager that interviewed me nice and approachable.

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
