There were three back to back 1:1 interviews: 1. Round 1 (H.R.): General soft skill test by the H.R. Manager. Based on behavioral pattern. 2. Round 2 (Advisory Manager): This was taken by a manager in the IT Advisory team (team I was interviewing for). This was a discussion on interests and why I want this over a traditional IT job. She asked me a few technical questions. 3. Round 3 (Partner): The director/ partner took an hour long behavioral+ case+ technical interview

I applied through college. First round was a 130 questions based test to be completed in 100 minutes. Approx 100 questions will be psychometric based, your actions to diff scenarios etc. Also last 30 questions are based on Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability. Next was the group discussion followed by TI and HR.
