Sehr schnelle Rückmeldung auf Bewerbung und angenehmes Gespräch mit Fokus auf meinen Werdegang, Chancen und Möglichkeiten bei KPMG, fachliche Schwerpunkte und Zeit für eigene Fragen zur Stelle und dem Unternehmen. Der Gesamteindruck war positive. Es war ein anspruchsvolles aber faires Gespräch mit einem HR Manager und zwei Fach-experten. Die Dauer belief sich auf 60 - 90 Minuten.

Telefoninterview über Teams - mit Partner und Manager. Zuerst Personal Fit, CV präsentieren, dann fachliche Fragen im Bankensektor (z.B. beobachtete Trends). Am Ende ausreichend Zeit für Fragen und sonstige Themen. Rückmeldung kam telefonisch nach 2 Wochen.

Primarily a behavioral interview over 3 rounds. Some questions were a bit off-topic, but also meant to learn more about you. First met with the hiring manager and then 2 managers. I did not get an offer and also asked for feedback, but got no response.
