The interview process was very straight forward. I was initially contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn that was relatively new to the sector that I was working in with my previous employer. The recruiter asked if I would be able to do an informational interview about my sector, which I agreed to, and then from there the relationship developed and she asked if I'd be interested in speaking with another recruiter that handles experienced hires; I agreed.
The second call I did was a phone interview with the experienced hire recruiter, which was more or less her telling me about the opportunities available within the firm. She also asked if I could quickly walk through my resume. Upon describing my experiences, I was asked to come in and interview with a partner and manager.
The first interview was with a partner within the advisory arm. The interview was fantastic. It consisted mostly of describing my experiences leading organizations and consulting teams to deliver products and results for the client. This interview lasted about 45 minutes, and was really more of a conversation than a formal interview.
I then interviewed with 2 managers. The interview was also very conversational with most of the questions asking me to describe leadership and management, as well as a few questions around topics such as "describe metrics that you would use to track the progress and success of merging/restructing organizations." "

Seamless interview process from start to finish. Applied online and received a screening call from a recruiter based in South Africa who then connected me with another recruiter in Jamaica who scheduled another call with the head recruiter in the US for the specific practice in Advisory.
Call with the Head Recruiter went well, very conversational. She then scheduled a series of 3, 45-min video interviews with Director, Director, and Managing Director. These went well. Then spoke to the Partner and sealed the deal.
Everyone was welcoming, down to earth and seemed genuinely interested in me, my professional experience, and what I had to offer. Questions were entirely behavioral - they were interested in making sure I was a good fit and that I “could be a good, well-rounded consultant”.
All in all took maybe 2.5 weeks from first call to offer.

Three interviews and the 2nd one is a case interview. Case interview are presentation to two managers. You present the case and got asked for every point you bring up . In general it is a very stressful interview.

Very straightforward. Had a initial screen with a recruiter, two 30 minute interviews with two MDs and a final interview with a Partner. Questions focused on my industry experience and skills.
