There were 2 rounds in the hiring process. One was with the director and the second was with the partner. In both rounds, they were keen to see how i can use my regulatory knowledge for changing regulatory scenarios.

There were at least four rounds of interviews with various stakeholders starting with the recruiter, then progressively with people higher up the ladder. The interviews were very informal. The people interviewing me had never worked the kind of job I was being hired for and seemed to just be going off "vibes." There were no formal questions, just discussions about what the job is like. I never felt like they really tried to get to know me.
