Smooth. AC consisted of case study wherein interviewees were tasked with writing an email to a client with a particular case. Interview was conducted by two members of the team and had a variety of questions.

The interview process was online and fairly straightforward. Just like any other graduate scheme we were presented with a case and had to come up with a recommended approach as to what would be the best solution

After the online application, I was invited to complete an ability assessment and video interview. We have 1 minute to read the question and 1.5 minutes to answer. The ability assessment had three rounds of personality and scenario-based questionnaires, followed by timed Verbal, Numerical, and Abstract assessments
