Interviewed in their building. Parking was a mess, folks were friendly. They really only seemed to look for cultural fit, not technical competence. I spoke with mid-level (maybe six years in?) audit functionary and a partner.

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
