Assessment centre was really good. Everyone was very friendly. The first task was a group task. After lunch you either have an interview or a written task first and then the other follows.
CV and Online background and diversity questionnaire followed by online Arctic Shores assessment lasting around 2 1/2 hours. Standard excersises of all arctic shores assessment; situational, behavioural and job simulation questions.

1. Persönliches Kennenlernen (interaktiv gestaltet mit der Möglichkeit direkt offene Fragen zu klären; 2 Interviewer; Beantwortung von allgemeinen Fragen im Vordergrund)
2. Fachliches Interview (1 Interviewer; Accounting-Wissen wird anhand einer Aufgabenstellung abgefragt)

The usual graduate questions- competency based questions for video interview and a lot of tests. Practice tests can be found online and on their website. Some delays between stages due to sheer amount of applicants.
