Aptitude tests (numeracy and literacy), group interview with case to solve as a group, with one or two people presenting to an observing panel, two panel interviews with Managers and Partners and a psychometric assessment before you get the offer.

With one manager and one director, both behavioural and technical questions were asked, still manageable I think, and can prepare beforehand on resume base on the experiences, need to be familiar enough
