My interview took place during the economic recession where new hire was freeze. I managed to get the job but it was a challenging interview process since they could only hire very few staff. The process started out with tests such as essay writing, mathematics and English. After this is done, if you had passed, you will proceed to the next stage which is an interview with manager. The interview is pretty long about 1 hour and questions are to get a better understanding of your career objective, working as a team, resilience, positive attitude, other non studies achievements and etc.
