Selected from a pool of resumes submitted with application. Then about 2 weeks after 2 behavioral interviews very simple, basically just a conversation with some added questions about leadership, and how you conduct yourself.

First round was basic assessment, like video interview and some numerical test.
Second round was group interview, there were 8 ppl in total in my group and we have to come up with a conclusion during the 40 mins and a 5-min presentation
