2 back to back behavioral interviews, each 30min. Standard resume and skills questions. They took over a month to get back to me, but that is understandable when considering they were hiring on a regional/national basis and not just for a specific school.

Standard interview process for a grad role - phone interview, psychometric testing and then video interview. In person interview at the perth office with 2 people interviewing me. Interview was pretty standard, asked me about myself and my goals for the future.

Describe a time you've had to challenge your managers view?
Have an interview with manager and director. Talked a lot about behavioral questions and standard questions. All people are friendly. Ask a few questions about backgrounds. It’s a good experience. The office is beautiful.

Molto veloce un colloquio conoscitivo e uno tecnico entrambi molto motivanti e nei quali si viene messi a proprio agio le domande non sono facilissime ma ci si arriva con l'aiuto degli esaminatori
