Contacted by recruiter 2 days after applying online, who set up a phone screen with a different recruiter the following week. After the phone screen, I was contacted by another recruiter state side, who set up an interview with the director. I met with two others on the team. All interviews were over the phone and all pleasant. One interview was behavioral and another technical, but all were conversational so these did not feel like inquisitions. Interviewers were experienced. Overall, it was a positive experience.

It was a very straightforward interview. I enjoyed talking to everyone, and it looks like a really nice firm. I would like to accept the offer, but I need to give it some thought.
