Initially I spoke with a recruiter. That recruiter was 15 minutes late to the call which is highly unprofessional.
I heard back for an initial video interview 2 weeks later to speak with one of the managers on the team. We talked about AI/ML basic questions. The interview lasted around 45 minutes. A week and a half later I hear back and they said all the positions are filled and will keep in touch when new positions open up.
It was good specially hr are good. I was interview for genai ..genai focus is more in this company. Interview depends who takes it so most of them are good

Ignoranti. Chiedevano un certo bagaglio di programmazione, per poi dirmi che ciò che ho studiato è obsoleto ed è per questo che non mi prendeva nessuno (chi te lo dice?). Un esempio? Reinforcement Learning è roba passata, loro volevano qualcuno che sapesse usare bene l'AI, a quanto pare non sanno qual è il meccanismo di ChatGPT.
