I was 4 interviews with various team members higher in position each time. The last interview was with the Senior Director of Practice area.
The recruiting process by far was the best I have been through in my professional career. Each individual I had the chance to speak with or correspond with never once made this feel like a pressure-filled series of interviews. I felt like I was having very meaningful conversations with future colleagues. Everyone was so intelligent, down to earth, and friendly.

Describe a situation in where you proposed a solution to the customer and an executive did not agree with or think that was the right approach. How did you work to get the executive to buy in?

It was a very straightforward interview. I enjoyed talking to everyone, and it looks like a really nice firm. I would like to accept the offer, but I need to give it some thought.

Telefoninterview über Teams - mit Partner und Manager. Zuerst Personal Fit, CV präsentieren, dann fachliche Fragen im Bankensektor (z.B. beobachtete Trends). Am Ende ausreichend Zeit für Fragen und sonstige Themen. Rückmeldung kam telefonisch nach 2 Wochen.

Welche Trends beobachtest du aktuell in der Finanzbranche?
Primarily a behavioral interview over 3 rounds. Some questions were a bit off-topic, but also meant to learn more about you. First met with the hiring manager and then 2 managers. I did not get an offer and also asked for feedback, but got no response.
