Step one was to apply online.
Step two was a phone call from HR about a month later and had a short interview over the phone.
Step three is a numerical and reasoning test.
Step four is an interview with the hiring managers.

Asked a ton of questions about tax classes and why the interest for choosing this profession. Not too much about prior internships or past jobs. Also, a few questions such as why KPMG.

what is the most interesting tax code you learned in one of your classes
Very smooth, not may questions of knowledge. Mostly questions about myself and my motivation and future and why i want to join them. Overall a good experince from the interview
