The interview process was very smooth . It consisted of 1 FIT interview with HR , and additional situational questions. Then you have the time for Q&A towards the end for you to better understand about the role.

Tell me about a time you to work with a someone that you didn't get along with very well. How did you go about it?
First half of interview was with a manager about behavioural questions and second half with partner who gave a scenario and left the second half open for a conversation about the firm.

Test di contabilità subito dopo colloquio conoscitivo. Test composto da 30 domande e risposta multipla. Dopodiché colloquio con il partner. Test fattibile se si ha un background tecnico di contabilità generale. Si consiglia di ripassare i vecchi esami

The interviewers were kind and genuinely interested in who I was. They cared about my path and career choices and ultimately left the decision up to me when deciding between firms to intern for, while maintain a good relationship with me.
