Initial was a telephonic screening followed by face to face interaction with 2 of the HR people, discussion was very good and interactive. Then the senior manager took the second round. Team was very hospitile and friendly. The infrastructure was very good. I really liked the cabin for the interview as it was more of casual approach similar to a coffee nest with pleasant lighting rather than the retro glass door kind of cabin.

The interview process will consist of two rounds followed by a final Partner round. The overall difficulty level is expected to be easy to moderate. The focus will primarily be on assessing your basic technical knowledge, conceptual clarity, and practical understanding of core fundamentals. If you have worked thoroughly on the basics and understand the practical application of concepts, the interview can be cleared comfortably. Make sure you revise key topics, be structured in your answers, and demonstrate confidence while responding. With proper preparation and a calm, confident approach, this process can be easily cracked.
