Overall a straightforward process, involved an online assessment followed by an in-person interview with two people, one is a partner. After this, hear back after a few days on the outcome.

Colloquio
1. CV Screening - CV, cover letter
2. OA - basic Cognify tests (numbubbles, gridlock, proofreading)
3. AC - email-writing assessment, behavioural interview with manager and senior analyst.
No case interview for Audit and Assurance, nor for Tech.
There was a psychometric test followed by behavioural tests. At the assessment centre, there was a phone assessment followed by an in-person interview. Afterwards, here was an ungraded Q&A session. There were no group assessments.
