Prima un colloquio di gruppo in cui chiedevano ai candidati di descriversi in poche parole. Poi un test individuale di inglese e infine una prova su power point in cui dovevamo trovare similitudini su noi e un animale che ci era stato attribuito

1st stage is a chat with the HR person about your background.
2nd stage is an inteview with the team - behavioural and technical type questions.
3rd stage is a chat with the partner - still be prepared for behavioural and technical type questions.

En la primera ronda realizamos una dinámica de grupo presencial, donde se debatía sobre diferentes temas variados.
Después se realizaron entrevistas individuales con dos mánagers del departamento. Nada técnico, eran entrevistas de fitting, básicamente.
