A very long-winded process, including many steps along the way (iq test, phone interview, assessment day and the final interview) and they don't necessary happen one right afte another. For me it took months to get to the final stage. Apparently there is a 80% chance to get selected, but don't be complacent. It is still an equally difficult part and you will be said no to if you don't prepare enough! The three main things they are after are career motivation, business awareness and what they call makes an impact. For me personally, it was important to have kept in mind of always mentioning the impact any news or events in the world would make to KPMG and to my job as a consultant there. Apparently, even if you are perfect for the role, unless you say everything to tick all the boxes, I can tell you from experience you won't get the role

Colloquio
Started with a group task which was fine just had to pick the best option to go with and discuss why. Then had a one to one discussion with someone who works at KPMG about a technology I wanted to implement followed by an interview. It was overall a chill day and the one to one discussion was nice since they gave you at least a month to prepare and you could bring in notes.

Colloquio
Applied for the Graduate Technology consultant around October. They told me there were a number of people in front of me when I successfully passed the online assessment. Made me wait for 3 months and then they withdrew my application because the roles were filled. Didn't provide me with any shortcuts for next year although I passed the cv screening and online assessment.

Most of the interview process was rather similar to the other big four. Numerical was fairly standard. Video interview questions were to be expeceted. Assessment centre is mostly focused on interaction with other candidates.
