Es begann mit einem 15 minütigen "Überraschungs-" Telefoninterview, da sie lieber einen "authentisch-natürlichen Eindruck" vom Bewerber erhalten möchten -so die Begründung. Danach kam die Einladung zum Einstellungstest und Interview: - 30 min Einstellungstest - 1h Manager Interview - 30min HR Abschlussgespräch
First half of interview was with a manager about behavioural questions and second half with partner who gave a scenario and left the second half open for a conversation about the firm.

The interviewers were kind and genuinely interested in who I was. They cared about my path and career choices and ultimately left the decision up to me when deciding between firms to intern for, while maintain a good relationship with me.
