Human resources contacted me and booked the first interview. Discussed about ackground, experience and reasons to go to KPMG LA. After that 3 more interviews interviews were held with 3 partners.
KPMG’s “guarantee” to interview people with disabilities who meet minimum job requirements is a load of tosh. Either they don’t communicate their minimum job requirements properly or they don’t do what they say. Poor show KPMG.

Very straightforward and easy. The interviewer was very nice and we had good conversation. The questions asked were appropriate. We discussed the role and the compensation, benefits, and the company culture.

Good process, interview was thorough and in depth. The process in general was extremely efficient and prompt. Excellent onboarding process thereafter and very welcoming all round. Very good experience and would recommend.
