smooth interview process start to finish. recruiter was clear in the expectations and everyone I spoke to was cordial and inviting. They made an offer and were willing to negotiate. I decided to not accept.
submit a standard online application then an in person interview in their offices where you talk two two people from the department, quite a casual conversation with average interview questions of what attracts you to the role etc.
