Two initial phone interviews with IT recruiters, followed by phone interview with hiring manager, then onsite interview with multiple IT managers. Interview was difficult, but the people involved were all fantastic. Pleasant and easy to converse with. Ultimately I didn't have the specific skillset they were looking for, but overall was a positive experience.
