Interview process was on campus and according to me lots of things took place people got the opportunity who are not good some were genuine too but some were so unexpected and for them interview process was also easy

1st stage is a chat with the HR person about your background.
2nd stage is an inteview with the team - behavioural and technical type questions.
3rd stage is a chat with the partner - still be prepared for behavioural and technical type questions.

En la primera ronda realizamos una dinámica de grupo presencial, donde se debatía sobre diferentes temas variados.
Después se realizaron entrevistas individuales con dos mánagers del departamento. Nada técnico, eran entrevistas de fitting, básicamente.
