Interviewed with 6 team members in Singapore and Thailand. Mostly involved behavioral questions. Not a lot of technical questions. Team is very friendly and offered feedback on the spot.
Few opportunities for real advancement or career development. Many mid-level managers micromanage the analysts and associates and don't have enough real work to do. Many analysts and associates often have too much work to do and the work is very repetitive, boring, and unrewarding.

Telefoninterview über Teams - mit Partner und Manager. Zuerst Personal Fit, CV präsentieren, dann fachliche Fragen im Bankensektor (z.B. beobachtete Trends). Am Ende ausreichend Zeit für Fragen und sonstige Themen. Rückmeldung kam telefonisch nach 2 Wochen.

Primarily a behavioral interview over 3 rounds. Some questions were a bit off-topic, but also meant to learn more about you. First met with the hiring manager and then 2 managers. I did not get an offer and also asked for feedback, but got no response.
