2 STAGES, one with senior manager and one with Partner and Director. Some technical questions on ESG standards and framework but the rest was competency based. Use SMART approach to answering the questions.

Why KPMG? Why this role? How would you convince clients that ESG and climate risk are important aspect of their business and why should they invest resources into sustainability?

The process was quick, received offer only a week after interview. The questions were quite straightforward and normal, mostly about work experience and technical knowledge.

Colloquio
Overall an OK process. Asked a lot of questions about myself. Started with a standard phone call from HR, then a personal interview with the manager. A standardized test (shapes, language, math, etc.) followed. After, that was an exam at KPMG ( a bit of casing, excel skills, PowerPoint, etc.). Then, there was the final interview with the Head of the Risks department.
