Colloquio
The KPMG online assessment is a structured, timed evaluation that includes numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, logical reasoning, situational judgment, and sometimes a personality test. The test is typically 60-90 minutes long, conducted via SHL, Korn Ferry, or similar platforms. The numerical and verbal reasoning sections require quick data interpretation and critical reading skills under time pressure. The logical reasoning test involves pattern recognition, while the situational judgment test (SJT) assesses decision-making based on KPMG’s core values. For technical roles, there may be coding or data analysis questions. No feedback is provided, but strong preparation with SHL practice tests and understanding KPMG’s work culture can improve performance. If successful, candidates may proceed to video interviews or assessment centers.
