2 stages interview. First with manager and then with partner. Mix of technical and competency questions. Technical question involved questions from audit process, audit risk, control weakness, going concern. Competency questions were just general behavorial questions that one may expect.

It was a thorough and detailed interview blended with technical and personality analysis. Technical analysis include job specific accounting standards & regulations, and personality analysis include profile and soft skills.
