It was online and I was lucky to speak with a high level manager. He guided me through the applicable positions. He first explained which areas were available and acceptable for my level of education. He explained what the position requires (mainly long hours, computer skills and research skills

It was ok, practice would be good, felt like the process was structured well. Questions were not out of the ordinary either, I would have expected a lot of harder ones.
