First half felt easier, the second half was hard. Got a question I wasn’t expecting. Most of the questions did not relate to the “know before you go” document, so make sure you research as many questions as possible

Easiest: “What’s a class you enjoyed and what’s a class you found challenging?”
Hardest: “Tell me about a time you exceeded customer expectations”
Doppio colloquio. Il primo conoscitivo e attitudinale, successivamente colloquio con manager/partner di livello tecnico riguardo la funzione che si andrà a svolgere. Colloquio tranquillo, senza particolari difficoltà e domande "scomode"

It was ok, practice would be good, felt like the process was structured well. Questions were not out of the ordinary either, I would have expected a lot of harder ones.
