I saw the opening in LinkedIn and sent my resume to Hr via email , After 15 days I got mail For first round online test - It was having Aptitude ,English ,Basic Programming questions about operator and last section was two program execution ,one question was to remove all duplicates from a given string, second one was addition of even and odd sum. After 10 days ,I got mail about selected in first round ,next round was technical round ,before scheduling technical round ,Hr executive called and confirmed about the Time slot convenient, In Second Round asked about basics of OOP's, Interviewer asked to write two program one was pattern program, second was to find the number of characters of string and resume projects . After one day I got my result of technical round was cleared and hr round was scheduled. In Hr round hr asked my my introduction ,resume ,about company and their projects clients. After my Hr round ,I got selected mail for next round,My next round was with CEO ,It was not with one to one ,It was like group along all the selected candidates, He said about company and interacted with all of us. Finaly,I got Selected mail after 4 Days. Every round of Interview was virtual round and elimination. you have to sign a service agreement of 3 years and you have to submit all your marks card to company ,so be careful about this, this was not told in the beginning of interview nor by the Hr ,offered package was 3-5L Hr told in the beginning but (10k for first 3 months and 20-25k per month ) depending upon your performance in training .

It was a walk-in interview on 8th and 9th of March 2018. I attended on 8th of March. 1st round(30min duration) was technical MCQ(4 questions) along with 2 coding questions( code in your desired language). As 100's of students attended the drive. They conducted the 1st round in batch of 30 students. So each batch got different set of questions. Likewise, for my batch, we got 4 MCQ questions based on C++ concepts and 2 coding questions but for my friend who attended the round in next batch happened to get 4 MCQ purely based on Java and 2 coding questions which MUST be coded in JAVA. But everyone got questions based on OOP concepts and Java. 2nd round was Technical round taken by a mid-level developer. I got 3 coding questions, had to write pseudo code for it. Each selected candidate from 1st round was asked questions on Java and c++ and many of them had to write the code. 3rd round was Technical round taken by a senior-level developer. Questions were based on Java, DBMS/SQL. Later based on my resume he asked questions on JavaScript, PHP. 4th round was taken by the Technical Architect. Questions were purely based on what technologies and environment I had worked on. So, for me, questions were from PHP, Python, HTML, CSS (All basic questions) and Projects I worked on. 5th round was HR (Head of business operations). It was all basics, tell me about self and any questions/queries you have. In each round, they give you a score, which we candidates obviously won't know it. But if you happen to score well then the HR itself will praise you and tell the score if you ask. I really enjoyed this round. Many of my queries were cleared and I happened to score 18/20. 6th round was again by HR. Asked me to tell what was not present in the resume which will give the Insight of me as a person. It was good. 7th round was by the Project manager. He was just looking into how confident I am and whether I will be capable of handling pressure. Do I have the right mind set. I felt as if it was another HR round taken by PM. 8th round was by CEO. It was in the group of 5 members as there was not much time for CEO as he had some other work. Usually, he takes f2f. So, this is the ultimate and final round. Forget all the past rounds. He is the boss and he decides who is in or out. Basically, he checks your attitude, confidence, what kinda questions you're asking him and how well you're presenting yourself. OMG, the CEO was so cool. I was shivering before we could face him but he made us feel comfortable and then bang on. The most enjoyable round I ever encountered. No ego, No grumpiness. Just a simple man having a conversation with you or the team. You must do a homework on the company as well as about salesforce. Where nothing woulf be asked from salesforce as you're applying for trainee post. During all these round Ms. Steffi the other HR was encouraging all the candidates. she was giving the must needed boost. I have never met her but she made us all comfortable which was the biggest plus point for me about the Interview and it gives the company a highlight. She was spreading positivity around even with candidates not selected. Remember to have a strong core in C++ and Java. Nothing else would be asked apart from what you have mentioned in your resume. 1st and 2nd round was on 8th of March 3rd,4th was on 13th of March Rest of the round was on 21st of March. I cleared all the rounds and have been placed here.
