Very easy. Just involved 2 steps- application , interview then offer. I was waited for about 2 months after sending my Application before they responded. I was invited for an interview which I did via phone. The human resource personnel in charge was very friendly and listening. I answered the questions to the best of my knowledge. I aced the interview
