      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura di persona. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso KWI (Greenvale, NY) nel mese di mar 2019

      Colloquio

Took 5 weeks to complete. First a phone interview with Heather from HR. Followed by a phone interview with an Automation Lead. I was then brought in for a Face to Face and met 5 people including the automation lead and Heather. I was brought in for a second face to face with two people. Overall I believe I had a good chance to get an offer. At the time of my second interview, I had a contractual offer for another company but I was looking forward to an offer from KWI. I was told by Heather that I would get a call that day from her/my recruiter regarding if they’ll move forward with an offer. Not a single call or email. My recruiter told me the next day they’re meeting with another prospective candidate the next week. After meeting with the candidate, I was told that KWI liked me more. I sent emails to Heather and even called her for an update and still no reply. Turns out they were still looking at another candidate and didn’t have the professionalism to tell me about. I was kept in the dark and the only reason I waited was because I believed I had a chance to get an offer. Unfortunately I did not get an offer and I had to hound my recruiter for an answer as Heather was not responding to my emails nor was she reaching out to my recruiter.

Hi, and thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. Since we are a small company, we are very aware of who you are and your overall experience. I'm sorry you felt we were unresponsive, but we were in fact very communicative with the agency who was representing you. At the point that we realized we were going to need some time to make a decision, we told the agency to be candid with you and even encouraged them to tell you to take the other role if you already had an offer in-hand. If the agency did not communicate with you thoroughly, I would make sure to share that feedback with them. It is possible they did not share that with you because they only get paid if their candidate gets hired. I'm sorry you were not pleased with your experience, but we do our best to communicate with our partners and our candidates as quickly as we possibly can. That being said, we also need to make sure we are finding the best people for our open roles, and sometimes that takes time. I do wish you the best of luck in the future.
