Apply online then you get called in for a mass interview.
You sit down with the hiring manager and ask you several questions.
After that you have to background check and drug test, and then you start training.
It was fairly easy and non pressure inducing. Any person looking for a decent job to work hard with a vehicle should be able to get in.
