Fist call with VP Engineering, then a technical call with the team. VP Engineering missed the first call as there was no electricity in his neighbourhood. We rescheduled a second interview. He was not really engaging and seemed sleepy 😴 which is not really motivating during an interview. He invited me to have some kind of "interactive" exchange with the team which is fundamentally a very simple system design interview around building a universal dictionary. One of the interviewers wasn't very professional and started eating chips during the interview. I received a brutal rejection one hour later from the VP engineering, apparently I wasn't too motivated for the role and "seemed" condescending. Worst Unprofessional interview ever.
