I had 2 Interviews with several people in a room. No project requested to be prepared or presented, but came as a surprise at the start of the interview, leaving time to work on it and present to the interviewes

Colloquio
Went through a recruiter.
1st interview was after a week.
Met head of UX (a Greek guy) and a lead Business Analyst.
Overall I wasn’t too impressed. The Greek guy seemed to have a continued focus on speed and how quickly you worked. This no real focus on other metrics like :
- Creativity
- Adding Value
- Accomplishments
Clearly the role was placing you to be a cog in a wheel and you’d be expected to focus on speed more than anything else.
