The interview process started with a very friendly conversation with the recruiter. The second interview with the Sales Manager was more challenging, focusing on my previous experience, KPIs, performance metrics, and real sales results. We went through my CV in detail and discussed my achievements and responsibilities in previous roles.

2x interviews. The first was a casual coffee with SDR manager, followed up by a more formal interview with SDR Manager & Sales Director. Both interviews were completed within one week, and I was made an offer on the same day as the 2nd interview.
