3 rounds: 1st there was a phone interview, 2nd was a 2 hr test which encompass a few excel and accounting questions then went into a case study you had to answer. The final interview was a panel interview with three team members

Pretty standard interview questions, but there was one trick question, "How would you weigh a plane with a scale?"

Referred by 3 internal employees. Contacted by hiring manager to apply. Then contacted by HR. HR phone interview included behavioral questions (skills, working with others, why I wanted to join KP, etc.). Next in person interview with hiring manager that included analytical questions tied to background/ work experience. Second in person with CFO for final approval. Offer emailed one week later by HR. Total process took 2 months from first contact to offer letter.
