They care about personality a lot and want team-oriented individuals. In addition, they are interested in knowing your future career goals and aspirations. They also are interested in hearing about your experience with Excel and other financial metrics. At the end they ask you if you have any questions for them. You should definitely prepare a few questions beforehand--Why did you choose KP? or details about the position etc...
