The interview process depends on the management level you're applying for. As executive level, it could take up to 10 interviews with a group panel or could be with another executive. For 1st line management, 1 to 2 group panel interviews is the norm and questions are behavioral questions.

My first interview was a phone interview with an HR manager in January. Second interview was a 1:1 with the hiring manager a week later. Waited 1 month and was contacted by another HR person for a third 1:1 interview with the hiring manager and his boss. The interview went well and I was contacted a week later by yet another HR person and presented with an offer over the phone, which I accepted. I waited another 30 days without any more information. I then saw that the job had been re-posted to the KP job site so I contacted the hiring manager who assured me that I was still in the process of being hired. No background check was started yet or offer letter sent. After 55 days of waiting I contacted the person in charge of the Human Resources dept in Georgia. I was finally contacted by yet another HR person who told me that my rec # (???) had been dropped because of a budget problem in the IT department. Kaiser HR is a disgrace. Even if offered a job there I would think twice about taking it. The organization is a huge mess.
