Interviewed for KP Santa Clara January 2011. Asked in depth about Customer Service Skills and where I used those skills in my background. Asked what I thought were the top 3 skill set. Asked If I had them and how would I demonstrate them. They also had me write a response to a letter they gave me --> It was a complaint letter and they asked me to write a letter 'back' to the person b/c they wanted to see how I write, my style, etc.. So after the interview, I stayed another 30 minutes to do this task.
