I applied and 3 days later I was contacted by a recruiter and needed to complete a video interview within 48 hours. Then a month went by and I didn't hear anything, then I got an email from the hiring manager that she wanted to interview me along with the mentor I would be working with. The interview went very well and about 2 weeks later I was told I am getting the internship.

Lengthy process, interviews are friendly but impersonal. Some interviewers seemed inexperienced and strictly followed scripted questions. The process took several months from the first interview to the time I received an offer.
