i was searching around for a non retail compay to work for and came across kaiser, which was also recommended to me by a friend. i submitted my resume online and was later contacted and interviewed. I like the benefit package offered to me and will be starting work soon with them.

Group interview with 20+, you must stand out to be selected for final one on one interview with managers , I believe about 8 of us got selected. Very intimidating interview, just try your hard best not to be shy and stand out.

The interview process was supposed to be a group interview with a panel of three interviewers. However, it ended up just being me and the three interviewers. So, my experience was a little bit intimidating.

virtual and in person interview. process took three weeks. interview with multiple hiring managers and pharmacy managers. it went smooth and they just asked a couple of basic questions and situational questions
